Over the past week, 199 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Abkhazia. 1076 people passed the COVID-19 test. This was announced by the Operational Headquarters for the protection of the population from coronavirus infection.
According to the Operational Headquarters, at the moment, there are 41 patients with confirmed coronavirus infection in the Gudauta Central District Hospital. 8 people are in serious condition, 11 patients of moderate severity.
“The total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 502 people. 157 of them recovered and four patients died,” Operational HQ reports.
The Operational Headquarters for the protection of the population from coronavirus infection calls on the citizens of Abkhazia to observe all necessary precautions to avoid infection.
