The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the WAC Mussa Ekzekov congratulated the representatives of the Abkhaz-Abaza ethnic group of the whole world on the upcoming holidays of the New Year and Christmas.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the World Abaza Congress Mussa Ekzekov wished the Abkhaz-Abaza people a Happy New Year and a Merry Christmas.

“My dear people, who are close to my heart and united by the ethnic group of the Abaza!

I congratulate you on the upcoming New Year of 2020!” - Mussa Ekzekov began his congratulatory speech with these words.

The head of the Supreme Council of the WAC noted that he and the like-minded people spent the past year “in joy”, because the events planned in the WAC and the ANO “Alashara” programs “find support and are successfully implemented.”

He explained that this course is generally aimed at making life better for every family, for the older generation to live longer, for children to grow up healthy and well-developed.

“We do not want to leave anyone aside and believe that everyone who is involved in the implementation of the program perceives this as happiness.  Every year you (the Abkhaz-Abaza people - ed.) rally more closely around public organizations, and this inspires us even more.  We know what to do, we are expanding ties, we are becoming more united, our relations are improving, our mutual understanding is strengthening, and our business - the work of everyone who is united by the Abaza ethnic group - is gaining a solid and deep foundation,” said Mussa Ekzekov.

He said that Abkhaz and Abazia living in different countries are encouraged when WAC delegates come to them.

“And these meetings encourage us too - whether in Turkey, in Jordan, in Syria, in Europe or in Egypt - wherever we go, when we see our brothers and sisters, we become happier.  Fulfilling the tasks defined by the Charter of the World Abaza Congress, we will reach each of our compatriots in the world.  And we will all come together,” promised the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the WAC.

At the end of his congratulations, Mussa Ekzekov noted that the New Year is a family holiday, and wished every home, every family good health, love, mutual understanding, peace and warmth.  He also wished the whole Abaza people in 2020 “to follow the path to their happiness firmly and confidently, holding hands tightly.”
