Izolda Khagba, Head of the WAC Department for Education, Social Engagement and Healthcare, representing the Congress in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, participated in the final Public Chamber of the Russian Federation's "Community" forum in Moscow as part of the PC delegation.
Participation in the forum allowed the delegation to learn about best practices and innovative approaches in working with civil society.
